In this project, the key technologies of the high efficiency production line of the rolling linear guide pair, the automatic rapid and accurate detection and rapid test technology of the rolling linear guide pair, the evaluation and optimization of the processing stability in the grinding process of the rolling linear guide pair, the quality control technology of the rolling linear guide pair, and the application of the domestic vertical machining center in the high efficiency production line of the slide before quenching are developed The research has formed the key technology research achievements, such as the efficient processing flow and assembly technology of the rolling linear guide, the efficient processing of the slide block, the quality control of the deformation and stability of the heat treatment of the guide rail, the rapid detection of the bending and twisting of the guide rail, and the efficient detection of the rolling slide block.
